Our support options begin with our Silver Contract, this provides important elements such as

  • 24/7 remote monitoring of your key devices, resources and services
  • Unlimited telephone access to our support team 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Unlimited on-site assistance to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • A guaranteed 4 working hour response for Business Critical issues or within 8 working hours for all other issues
  • We repair or replace faulty hardware and there is no additional cost for labour or non consumables.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with File Server and PC Operating Systems.
  • Maintenance of user accounts and their mailboxes, permissions and internet access.
