For many of our customers, we act as their IT department so our assistance includes performing many of their day-to-day housekeeping tasks - starters, leavers, user permissions, password changes, firewall settings, checking and releasing suspicious emails etc. etc. So much more than just fixing faults!
Our service also includes managing and supporting all your renewable products and licences. These include Microsoft 365, Anti-Virus, Email Security, Firewalls and SSLs etc.
Our support options begin with our Silver Contract, this provides important elements such as
- 24/7 remote monitoring of your key devices, resources and services
- Unlimited telephone access to our support team 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Unlimited on-site assistance to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- A guaranteed 4 working hour response for Business Critical issues or within 8 working hours for all other issues
- We repair or replace faulty hardware and there is no additional cost for labour or non consumables.
- Investigate and resolve issues with File Server and PC Operating Systems.
- Maintenance of user accounts and their mailboxes, permissions and internet access.
