It’s always nice to get a customer compliment and they are especially welcome during this unprecedented crisis. Like our own support team, many of our customers are now working from home.
Just a couple of weeks ago, our business and charity customers were beginning to consider closing their office in a worst case scenario.

The rapid spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) has hastened those decisions and our guys have worked hard to provide their remote working assistance as quickly as possible.  Our workload has increased by around 30% to deal with all the requests for VPN configurations, 2FA Dual Authentication and Anti-Virus for home PCs etc.

We can’t include them all but some of the kind comments recently received are shown below. Thank you to everyone that took the time to give our guys that “pat on the back”.
